Are you feeling stagnant in life? Do you feel as though you’ve lost your sense of purpose or find yourself asking “who am I?”
Perhaps you’ve just exited a relationship, or you are thinking of embarking on a new relationship and feel anxious? Maybe you’re tired of putting other people’s needs and feelings ahead of your own, and you are ready to invest in discovering who you are and what you want out of life?
I understand the anxiety and stress unpredictability can bring, especially when faced with life changes and feelings of uncertainty. My focus is working with individuals through transitional events in life, stress management, burnout, people pleasing, and boundary setting. Allow me to accompany you while you re-align with your purpose and sense of self.
Together we can unravel the complexities of your inner self – your mind, emotions, and spirit.

Discover your strengths and build on gaining a sense of control. Undo the conditioning others and society have laid upon you and construct a new narrative of self. Realignment to the self can result in lasting changes to confidence, purpose, more fulfilling relationships, and feeling comfortable in your own skin.
